New Year's Resolutions

Happy New Year,

Ok, so Christmas is over and we're all sick off the sight of leftover turkey but it's 2009 (at last) and time to get things into order.

That's where Resolutions come in. You know the promises you make to yourself that are usually forgotten by now.

Mine should be to post here more often, but actually they are more complicated than that and involve a hospital appointment, a surgeon's knife, a legal process a lot of as yet un-earned money.

While resolutions for the New Year give us a wonderful sense of positive intent, they are extremely hard to stick with unless we turn them into clear, well-defined goals.
